The SOA architecture of our products enables them to interface and interact easily with the existing infrastructure and systems, thus facilitating their deployment in the following models, apart from the licensed model:
Service Bureau
TBMS is hosted on web servers in SunTec premises or separately as a bureau. SunTec maintains one instance per customer or as the case may be, in the contract. The scalability and security requirements to support the multiple instances are taken care of. The customer can access and use the system from their premises. The solution is priced on a per-use or per-subscriber supported basis.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
TBMS is hosted on service grids and then accessed on a need basis. The infrastructure required for running the solution is available in the service grid. Multiple business models, including subscription-based model (monthly payment), usage-based model, transaction-based model, value-based model (revenue, subscriber-base) and fixed-fee model (for a fixed number of customers), are supported. TBMS has the scalability and security features to accommodate multiple operators at the same time.
Managed Service
TBMS is implemented in the customer’s premise, which will provide for all infrastructure requirements - h/w set up and maintenance - needed for running the solution, and will have trained personnel to handle the operations. The technical architecture of TBMS enables it to co-exist with other third-party modules, which might include other operational systems such as CRM, ERP, OSS and Core Banking. All operations associated with running the TBMS solution is handled by SunTec at the customer’s premises. The scalability and security requirements of the multiple service providers that use the premises are met by this model. Flexible pay-as-you-grow payment options are provided for the benefit of entry-level players.
