SunTec CEO addresses BAI Retail audience in Chicago

The session titled ‘Relationship-based Pricing for Sustainable Revenue Growth’ will dwell on retail banks’ need to redefine customer experience and segmentation strategy

Trivandrum, India and Chicago, October 11, 2011: SunTec, the leading provider of Relationship-based Pricing and Enterprise Billing solutions, announced today that K Nanda Kumar, their President & CEO, will address the audience of the well-heeded BAI Retail Delivery 2011 event, starting in Chicago today.

With more than 200 exhibitors and thousands of senior-level decision makers in attendance, BAI Retail Delivery is the industry’s premier event for the best thinking, research and solutions that have an immediate impact in retail banking. As part of our sales initiatives, we have set up our own exhibition space at the venue, and three delegates from SunTec will take part in this year’s edition of the event.

K Nanda Kumar will share the dais with Mark Erhardt, SVP, Fifth Third Bank, for a session titled ‘Relationship-based Pricing for Sustainable Revenue Growth’ as part of the prestigious Marketing and Product Management stream of the summit. The session, expected to give a fillip to our thought leadership in the Relationship-based Pricing space, is scheduled to be held at McCormick Place in the city, during 2-3 pm, on Wednesday, October 12.

K Nanda Kumar’s presentation will dwell on the retail banking organization’s current need to redefine its customer experience and segmentation strategy, so as to differentiate itself and enhance the wallet share of high- value customers. The adoption of a dynamic relationship-based pricing framework is the key to achieving sustainable and stable revenue growth, the content of the presentation suggests.
