SunTec repackages TBMS as TBMS-T suite for the telecom industry
Trivandrum, India - SunTec Business Solutions today announced the repackaging of it's comprehensive product suite TBMS to TBMS-T suite, for addressing the telecom services market. The product suite for telecom encompasses all current products of SunTec addressing the market, including those for billing, rating, mediation, service activation, workflow, correlation, and partner settlement. This product suite is designed to take in a 360-degree relationship-based approach to pricing and billing.
The product suite will encompass all current products of SunTec, addressing this market. In telecom services, the products within the TBMS-T suite have also been renamed: TBMS-T Bill, the billing and customer care product; TBMS-T Mediate, the transaction mediation tool; TBMS-T Rate, the real-time rating engine; TBMS-T Activate, the service activation engine; TBMS-T Workflow, the end-to-end workflow management solution; TBMS-T Correlate, the event correlation engine and TBMS-T Settle, the inter-carrier billing and settlement solution.
