Relationship Value based Loyalty computation and Reward Fulfilment

TBMS-F Relationship Loyalty is a standalone system designed to compute loyalty points based on holistic relationship value across multiple products, segment customers to different loyalty tiers and offer financial as well as non financial reward schemes to loyal customers.

Marketing and Relationship Managers can use this tool to compute customer relationship value against their usage of multiple products. They can classify customers into different loyalty categories based on computed loyalty points. Loyalty scores can also be adjusted for a customer on reaching pre-defined milestones across the customer lifecycle.

This tool would also let Relationship Managers to set different financial as well as non financial reward schemes for different loyalty tiers. Relationship Loyalty can interface with third party fulfilment systems and merchant systems to fulfil rewards.
