Our diverse workforce leaves our own marks of youthfulness and zest for life in everything we do. We prefer to be a close-knit team, raring to go and conquer any challenges that might come our way, but still caring for those around us. Hierarchy sounds better on mails – here a fresher need not hesitate even for a moment to use a project head's shoulders on a trekking expedition.

We do not want to be just another company, churning out code and code only. We would love to watch each SunTecian mature in life and career, as responsible and compassionate individuals, along with the company and our unique product. We leave no stone unturned to ensure that our people 
are high in their motivation levels to reach the stars at every possible opportunity.
You never know whom you are sharing your cubicle with, in SunTec. It could be a former body-builder, a trained classical vocalist, an acclaimed poet, an 'anonymous' blogger who has his readers in their splits, or a cricketer. It's fun being on our floors, with quick games and celebrations for the most mundane reasons -- that occur out of the blue!
We even have a very talented group of budding filmmakers among us. They released their debut movie 'The Shadow' a few months back among the SunTec crowd and are now giving the finishing touches for their second production 'The Myth'.
