    • Manage project teams in initiation, planning, implementation & closure of project related deliverables
    • Writing Proposals, Functional specifications, Technical design specifications and Program design specifications in accordance with ISO 27001 and CMM level 5 procedures/guidelines
    • Estimation based on Customer or Client Requirements
    • Task allocation for various projects
    • Presentation of product demos to customers/partners of the company
    • Guide the development and system test teams during development and system test phases.
    • Provide creative solutions during design review meetings and product review meetings.
    • Co-ordinate and respond to functional/technical queries on the product from support / professional services / pre-sales
    • Evaluate the use of use-cases and requirements management gathering in order to implement throughout the team.
    • Responsible for project delivery and management
    • Responsible for people management – staffing, performance management, and development /coaching of team members
    • Responsible for customer satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability and quality and process management
