Since the information shared with us by our clients is sensitive intellectual property that is critical and discrete in nature, we are committed to preserve its sanctity and security at every stage of our product development and customization. Our Quality Management System (QMS) involves continuous monitoring of the processes, internal quality audits, periodic reviews of projects/product documentation, comprehensive product and process metrics, ensuring consistency of delivery and maintenance of information security. We have a rapid-action Emergency Management Team responsible for disaster recovery and maintenance of business continuity.
Adherence to such stringent quality management and information security measures has made SunTec the first SEI CMM Level 5 transaction billing company and also an ISO 27001 organization.
