| Job description |
- Define sales strategy and sales plan for SunTec's suite of products for the banking, financial services and insurance vertical in the respective region
- Handle aggressive sales targets across the region; manage existing clients and develop fresh opportunities
- Achieve the targeted Annual Order Booking
- Target market includes the top 100 banks in the region
- Cold call, network, prospect and identify potential clients
- Work with the pre-sales and marketing teams to derive account strategy
- Do first level and second level presentations
- Create a need to take the client into product work-shops and PoCs
- Convert the funnel into commercial proposals and pipeline
- Represent SunTec at various industry forums across the region
- Track competition and provide inputs to internal teams on product, pricing, etc.
- Contribute in developing new product functionalities and roadmap
- Create a funnel of new accounts from a pre-defined named account list
- Create product awareness and position the solution to meet primary business needs
- Reports to Vice President – Sales (BFSI)
