Senior Sales Manager/Sales manager - CME

- Responsibility
- Defines Sales strategy and sales plan for the SunTec suite of BSS products for the Telecom vertical in the region.
- Handles aggressive sales targets across the region. Manages and grows existing clients.
- Identifies, develops, and manages partners in the region. Manages and grows existing partners.
- Achieve the targeted Annual Order Booking
- Work with the pre-sales and marketing to derive a account strategy
- Do first level and second level presentations
- Create a need to take the client into product work-shops and PoCs
- Convert the funnel into commercial proposals and pipeline
- Responsible for customer Satisfaction
- Represents SunTec at various industry forums across the region.
- Tracks competition and provide inputs to internal teams on product, pricing etc.
- Maintains relationships with internal teams like Product Management, Consulting,Pre Sales, Marketing, Implementation and HR.
- Reports to Vice President ? Sales (Telecom).
