- Define sales strategy and sales plan for SunTec's suite of BSS products for the telecom vertical in the region
- Handle aggressive sales targets across the region; manage existing clients and develop fresh opportunities
- Identify and develop fresh partners in the region; manage existing partners
- Achieve the targeted Annual Order Booking
- Support local marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, seminars, public relations, etc.
- Client ownership
- Cold call, network, prospect and identify potential clients
- Work with pre-sales and marketing to derive account strategy
- Do first level and second level presentations
- Create a need to take the client into product work-shops and PoCs
- Convert the funnel into commercial proposals and pipeline
- Responsible for customer satisfaction
- Represent SunTec at various industry forums across the region
- Track competition and provide inputs to internal teams on product, pricing, etc.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams like Product Management, Consulting, Pre Sales, Marketing, Implementation and HR.
- Reports to Vice President – Sales (Telecom).
