- Define and describe solution architecture, technical project management, consulting across all rating and billing projects in a Telco environment.
- Release planning, new product versions and migration path determination.
- Leverage of design and implementation with components delivered to other Telco's.
- Support of new project inquiries as e.g. (estimates, feasibilities, business cases)
- Prepare and conduct tailored implementation Business models, POC and workshops on the product; tailored for a specific customer.
- Rapid application development and enhancements of the product platform (non-core customization; operation support, add on’s)
- Configuration and customization of new products & tariffs with the TBMS-T product.
- Analyze and suggest operations defects reported and provide 1st level support
- Sales Support (tier two technical support presentations).
- Work with Implementation team, product engineering team and marketing teams to ensure that Consulting team is able to serve the customer better.
- Bid and proposal management and support.
- Devise and propose Thought leadership business models to the company to develop in the future and application to various Telecoms.
- Experience with working in complex projects involving a large number of dependencies (both system and business related)
- You should have experience working for a Telecom operator or a tier one Billing vendor.
- You should have been working with development, configuration, integration and design of billing/rating solutions.
- You have a solid knowledge of billing system’s architecture and functionality.
- As a Telecom consultant in the billing area you have experience from process analyses, requirement analyses, pre-studies, team leading, running workshops etc.
- You have a solid commercial understanding and you know the end to end billing process. Experience from more than one of the areas Fixed, Mobile and Broadband billing is a must. Experience in areas such as Customer Care, mediation, provisioning is also a plus.
- Experienced in billing products is a must.
