Responsibilities
Create and do peer-review of re-usable learning contents for internal training and client training – such as SPLKs, PPTs, workbooks, Learner guides, Learning snippets, Whitepapers, Questions and Answers, and other forms as required by the Team head
Conduct internal training in product, applications and domain
Co-ordinate technical platform training programs and conduct training on topics, where technical competency is expected by the Team head
Conduct client/partner training in product, applications and solutions
Co-ordinate internal training programs
Co-ordinate client/partner training programs
Act as a mentor and trainer for new hires in the organization
Prepare course outline, schedule and other artefacts related to course co-ordination and conduct
Perform all environment-related activities, including creation and maintenance of product environment for client, and for internal training and internal learning requirements of the team
Conduct training sessions for fellow team members to upgrade the collective and individual knowledge levels
Do estimation of cost and effort required for preparation and conduct of client and partner training
Do estimation of effort required for preparation and conduct of internal training
Contribute towards improving the knowledge repository contents of the organization
Contribute towards knowledge management infrastructure improvement
Participate in technical forums of knowledge sharing
Build domain knowledge in CME, BFSE, Utilities, and other transaction processing verticals
Interact with other teams for knowledge acquisition and dissemination
Introduce innovations in KM and training activities
Co-ordinate/Participate in certification activities to raise the number of certified personnel in product and applications
Support the Team head in any team or organization related activity
Ensure continuous improvement in inter and intra group processes and procedures
Ensure full compliance to the Quality and Information Security Policy activities related to the team and the organization
Complete jobs assigned by the Team head with ‘zero’ delay, minimum cost and maximum quality in a professional manner
Ensure that Non-Conformity Reports are ‘zero’ for the department during external audits, and also that non-conformities found during internal audits are closed in time
Make efforts to improve the product and solution related documentation in the organization
Improve the best practices and ‘lessons-learned’ inventory of the team
Maintain standard course packages for the team
Co-ordinate/Participate in client certification programs Report on activities to senior and top management
