Product Training
As SunTec's core competence has been built around a product-based business model, imparting product training on usage and maintenance to clients and partners has become an inevitable part of our service offerings package. The wide spectrum of SunTec's products, catering to varied verticals, has helped transform our Knowledge Management function into a melting pot of ideas and expertise from myriad industries and professionals. This has, in turn, helped us in two ways – to enhance the reach of our product and to strengthen bonds with our clients.
We offer various training programmes for different segments of our product users, that cover each of our products and services in detail.
Clients
Training programmes for our clients are custom-made -- starting right from implementation. Training modules are targeted at specific client audiences belonging to various operational levels, and are conducted either at the client's site or at our state-of-the-art Knowledge Centre located at Trivandrum, India.
The modules comprise of:
- Instructor-led classroom sessions
- Instructor-assisted hands-on sessions
- Online self-paced learning package deployed on website
Study guides detailing the various configurations of SunTec's product and the processes involved are provided to each participant during client training, for future reference.
Partners
We impart customized product training to empower our partners with the level of expertise needed for effective handling of various implementation and support aspects.
TBMS Certification
TBMS Certification programmes are aimed at developing the proficiency levels of the users of our product, according to their role and profile in the organization. However, such programmes are currently limited to SunTec employees; soon we plan to roll these out to our clients and partners as well.
