Job Description
SunTec is looking for an Alliance Manager to join the Business Alliances Team. As a manager, you will help identify the right partners, manage relationships, and formulate terms of engagement specific to each partner. You will act as the SunTec representative within our partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop various partners to help achieve business development goals
- Identify, engage, recruit, and develop business through partners
- Develop and execute an agreed joint business plan for each partner
- Execute all activities related to the business alliances team
- Lead cross-functional efforts to manage the comprehensive partner ecosystem
- Contribute towards regional and overall business strategy and aid in business development (and provide a focus on our alliance strategy)
- Regularly seek feedback from our partners and initiate action based on the same
- Contribute towards aligning our messages and communication to the needs of our partners
Academic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration or a relevant field of study
Skills Required
- BFSI domain experience
- Excellent relationship-based selling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Very good analytical skills
- Good understanding of strategic account management
- Thorough understanding of methodologies, frameworks, and standards used in business alliance processes
Experience: 8 yrs to 12 years
