As an Executive in our Talent Team, you are the heart of our HR initiatives. With your energy, analytical ability, and people-centric attitude, you create impact across SunTec by acting as a strategic business partner and advisor for all our associates and execute initiatives that focus on our people. You support the growth of each of our associates and create solutions and draw insights based on data available across our organization. You also drive initiatives that create and maintain a great culture in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ‘Induction’ formalities
  • Establish a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in accordance with applicable labor laws and company regulations
  • Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Skills Required
  • Very good understanding of our people management policies, the latest people management practices and philosophies across the world, and also the best practices used across the world for people management
  • Very good people management skills (through 1-on-1 or through direct or indirect communication to a group of people)
  • Friendly demeanor, positive attitude and genuine interest in solving the unique problems that our people may face
  • Able to analyze data, look for trends, and provide feedback to the team and management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Tenacious and highly motivated with the ability to follow up incessantly with our partners and customers (internal or external) till a conclusion is reached
