About Gayathri Parthasarathy

Gayathri Parthasarathy is Vice President & Senior Partner, Asia Pacific Banking Leader. She manages the role of the Core Banking & Payments GIU for GBS APAC.
Gai is a senior executive with a rich career of 33 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector. She played a number of leadership roles in organizations such as i-flex Solutions, Accenture, KPMG and also IBM, where she was Senior Partner and Vice President, Financial Services Sector, GBS India/South Asia from 2013 – 2017. During that time, she was instrumental in landing deals with institutions such as SBI, Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank and Edelweiss.
Throughout her career, Gai has built a reputation for nurturing large deals, fostering innovation, ensuring flawless client management, and starting new lines of business. Her specializations include strategy, governance, transformation, large multi- jurisdictional and complex programmes, sourcing and off shoring projects. She also has significant global experience, covering the US, Europe and Asia.
She holds a Master of Science Degree from and a PG Diploma in Operations Research. She did her education in Chennai at Stella Maris College, Madras University.

Gordon is the CEO of Commercial Banking at FNB. His 25 year career has provided him with experience across a range of areas spanning Operations, Finance, Credit Technology and a number of client and industry facing roles.
Gordon is very close to a number of our development initiatives and has historically offered leadership support to our enterprise and supplier development initiatives.
Away from the office Gordon is a keen runner and golfer.

About Jo Jagadish

Jo Jagadish is the Head of Corporate Products, Services and Innovation at TD. In this role, she is responsible for leading the product, revenue management, digital channels, servicing & implementation teams for the Commercial Business while accelerating the Bank’s innovation strategy for the next generation of products and services.
Prior to TD, she was Head of New Product Development and FinTech partnerships at JPMorgan Chase leading the strategy, development, Treasury product investment strategy and commercialization of new treasury product capabilities such as partnership with Bill.com to deliver Cashflow360.
She was awarded New York’s rising stars in Banking and Finance by Crain’s NY in 2020 and was a finalist in the Women in Payments Innovation award. She represented JPMC at industry forums sharing thought leadership on the future of wholesale payments and treasury management.
She led product and platform strategy for digital payments at Citibank. Implementing Apple Pay in the U.S. and has had the role as the Global Product Manager for Apple Pay for Citi, deploying the product in global markets. Her career in the global financial firms have been in strategy, product and business intelligence roles.
She has an engineering degree in electronics and communications and is a certified SAS programmer.

Likhit Wagle has led and advised Banking and Insurance clients around the world on business transformation programs that have realized major improvements in the clients’ net promoter scores, revenue growth and profitability.
Likhit is responsible for IBM’s world-wide banking business – IBM’s largest sector by revenue and profits. Likhit’s mission is to grow the industry on a consistent, sustainable and profitable basis by making IBM the partner of choice for Digital Re-invention. Likhit is responsible for developing and executing IBM’s strategy, including the enhancement of external eminence, selection and development of IBM’s client portfolio in the sector and the deployment of industry specific solutions including a rapidly growing ecosystem of partners. Nurturing, managing and developing industry talent and expertise which underpins IBM’s strategic differentiation is a key part of his responsibilities.
Likhit is a member of IBM’s Management Board for the Industry and also a member of the Acceleration Team which consists of the top 300 executives in the Corporation that has been hand-picked by the Chairman of IBM. He is also a founder member of the Industry Academy – a community of the foremost industry experts in IBM.
