Job Description

Our sales team, as the champion of our products, spreads our products’ magic to our prospects and fuels our growth by always creating the next “big” opportunity. Our Regional Sales and EM team, with their in-depth knowledge about the industry we operate in and with the deep understanding of our prospects and the markets they operate out of, help the prospects choose the right mix of products and enable our prospects deliver the optimum value to their customers.

As an Analyst inside sales, you are the starting point for inspiring our prospects to decide partnering with us through best-in-class lead generation practices. You work with our client facing teams to identify and follow up high quality leads and provide the best experience for our prospects across the entire sales lifecycle, thus contributing to building our overall business pipeline and helping us achieve our revenue and order booking targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new leads through different demand and lead generation initiatives and establish connections with key stakeholders and/or decision makers in the organization to drive our pipeline growth
  • Independently engage with prospects at the earliest stages of the sales process
  • Contribute to primary and secondary research on our domains, markets, prospective customers, competitors etc.
  • Work with other members of sales, marketing and solution consulting teams and contribute towards the sales engagement process
Academic Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration or a relevant field of study
Skills Required
  • Good understanding of all areas of sales and strong understanding of lead-gen practices
  • Good understanding of B2B sales especially in enterprise software product sales
  • Good understanding of Banking product & domains, clients, competitors and our strategic direction as a company
