Alain Robert is the world’s leading free climber and is known all over the as the ‘French Spiderman’ and the ‘Urban Climber’. He is internationally renowned for having ascended over 100 skyscrapers without ropes. In 2011, he climbed Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest building in the world. Robert uses his bold ascents, to raise funds for charity. Spiderman Alain Robert is one of the most famous men on earth. His legendary feats, climbing 200 of the world’s tallest buildings ‘with his bare hands’ have brought him celebrity status in 150 countries. In 1997, he climbed without authorization the world’s tallest skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur. The impact on the media was so great that Sabah Foundation asked him to climb its building in Borneo. With government authorization, the event grew enormously, drawing a crowd of 15,000 people and raising over US$150,000. These days, Alain is fast becoming one of the world’s most inspirational and compelling ‘Motivational, Keynote, Risk and After-dinner’ speakers too; having given talks internationally for a number of global corporations.

Prior to joining SunTec, he served as Vice President & Regional Head for Europe, Americas and Australia, New Zealand as well as Head of Global Alliances for the banking product business of Infosys Limited, a $12 BN global firm. He also served as the Executive Sponsor of the Finacle Client Advisory Board, and has a proven track record of building businesses, providing executive level sponsorships to clients, and helping banks go through business and technology transformations. Over last 26+ years, Amit has handled all the markets in advanced and emerging economies – Europe, Americas including LATAM, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Africa interacting with global and local banks alike. He is a keen business strategist and regularly comments on a range of banking and technology related issues. He has authored several articles and speaks regularly on contemporary topics like trends in banking technology, customer experience management, digital banking, channels, and core banking transformations, to name a few. Gilles Ubaghs is a Strategic Advisor with Aite-Novarica Group’s commercial banking practice where he is focused primarily on commercial payments and the role that digital transformation is having across the enterprise and broader financial services sector. This includes a range of horizontal industry wide topic areas, such as the role of shifting payment regulations, fintech’s and artificial intelligence, as well as more tactical granular topics such as commercial cards, and payment clearing and settlement systems. Gilles brings over 15 years of experience in the analysis and financial services space creating a range of syndicated off the shelf, and bespoke consulting projects for a wide array of clients at the enterprise, vendor, investor and regulator level internationally. Gilles has direct professional experience in European, Asia Pacific and North American markets and always aims to bring local context into global payments issues. Prior to joining Aite-Novarica Gilles was a Principal Analyst with Ovum where he helped to build up its retail payments practice across a range of key topics. Originally from Belgium but raised in the US, Gilles is fully fluent in French and English. Kartik comes with over 15+ years of experience internationally working as a senior finance leader. He has an outstanding track record of achieving results across customer and shareholder outcomes. He started his career in banking in GE Money in UK as a Risk Analyst and transitioned into Product and Pricing Management in CBA, having led large teams and transformation programs across the transactions and deposits business across both the retail and business bank’s over the last 5 years. This included leading the liabilities portfolio through very tumultuous low interest rate environment, developing and rolling out new products, large scale end to end transformation programs on productivity, customer experience etc. Currently he is the General Manager for business deposits and customer pricing, where he leads a team of over 100 people across business and technology and is accountable for Australia’s biggest deposit book. He also leads the delivery of the Strategic Billing and Pricing program committed to offering superior and seamless experiences to customers negotiating a price and subsequently the overall billing experience.

Michael [Mike] Yesudas is the Chief Technology Officer at SunTec and heads the technology and engineering functions, including platform engineering, product engineering, and release engineering. He has nearly three decades of experience in systems, software and AI solutions and has worked with Fortune 500 clients across verticals – telecom, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and software, to name a few. Prior to this, he has played several significant technology leadership roles across organizations, including IBM, Sterling Commerce, GE, and HP and has handled key projects across EMEA, APAC and America. In his previous role in IBM, he was an IBM Distinguished Engineer and the CTO of IBM Sterling and AI Applications Expert Labs. He completed his BTech at IIT Kharagpur and has an MS in Engineering from the University of Houston and MS in Computer Science from Monash University. He has several U.S. and international patents and has been a CISSP Certified Security Expert for 15 years.

Under the guidance of NK, SunTec has forayed into areas such as offer management, loyalty and relationship based pricing. Under his leadership, the company has won several awards and is considered as a leader in enterprise products. He has delivered numerous talks across global forums such as SIBOS, 3G Mobile Forum, Indian Banking Summit, Gartner Summits etc. He is also a widely read writer who has written for many technology oriented newsletters and blogs. NK holds a master’s degree in management and physics.

He was earlier the Founder and CEO of Yorke Communications Pvt. Ltd., a content marketing firm that created marketing programs for brands. He has also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Oracle Financial Services Software [formerly i-flex solutions]. He earlier had stints in Tata Consultancy Services [TCS] and Wipro Systems in the editorial and communication function.
